RESCUING SMUDGE
Smudge was picked up as a stray by Dekalb County with a severe rectal prolapse. Poor Smudge has had 4 anal prolapse repair surgeries while at Dekalb, although none of them have held. The vets at Dekalb feared he was aseptic and recommended he likely needs a coloplexy. Not only does Smudge need a more extensive surgical repair for his rectal prolapse, this poor little fella is Heartworm Positive.
ABOUT SMUDGE
Smudge is our kinda guy! He is a sweet, silly boy who just wants a little love. Luckily, his final purse-string held so his prolapse has been repaired and healed! Smudge had his heartworm treatment in May 2016 and is ready for a forever family of his own. Smudge need to be the only pet, but he has plenty of love to give and tons of goofy mannerisms to keep you laughing. He enjoys toys and would love to entertain you for hours with his silly antics.

Our adoption fee is $250. All dogs are current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, on heartworm prevention, and are fed top of the line grain-free food.
