Lambo the Dog needs a home
Lambo is an unusual mix- possibly lab/basset, with maybe some pit bull and beagle in him, too. 8 years old and 41 lbs. He came from another rescue, who had found him at a shelter. He is very friendly, and is leash trained. Great with other dogs, though sometimes he can be intimidating to the little dogs because of his size, especially if he tries to play with them. Not recommended for other kinds of animals- cats, farm animals, etc. Good on car rides. He would like an adopter who will be home often- he is unhappy when his people are away.
He'll need a secure yard- he can squeeze through holes and open unlocked gates. And he's good at pushing past you when you open a door! He's a very strong boy.
He was adopted once from us but was returned because he wasn't comfortable there, though the family loved him a lot. He might do best in a home that had another dog to be his companion. At our rescue he's best friends with Doll, and they were both happy to be reunited.
