Bateman (FCID# 11/09/2017 - 1) the Cat needs a home
Hello! My name is Bateman (FCID# 11/09/2017 - 1). My journey - so far: I lived with a colony of other cats, but they did not like me, and they bullied me. The nice lady who tried to feed us took pity on me and brought me to the Forgotten Cats clinic, with a plea to save me. Luck was on my side. They had a vacancy in a cage, that would let me get away from the rough life I had been living. But, I ended up staying for a while, 2 months, and started getting depressed. I lost weight and was lethargic. I needed a home badly! Then one day my new foster mom came in, and I had another lucky day! She brought me home with her, and I was given a room all to myself! Heaven! She did not care I am FIV+. To her, and hopefully everybody, she understood it is really no big deal! Let us fast forward 1 month. I have gained a couple pounds. I am on a special diet for urinary crystals. And, I LOVE soft food! She is constantly trying to get me to move around, but I just LOVE being a couch potato! She says I am definitely a sweet, lazy, lap cat. A full belly, a good book and I will lay around all day long. My preferred spot would be lying right next to my furever purrson… But, as the days go on - I am becoming more comfortable and am starting to explore. I think I do not mind her other cat, and MAYBE even her dog! How about you help me with my journey? I would love to meet you! Please submit a no-obligation adoption application to meet me! http://www.forgottencats.org/application.php. Thanks for reading my story! Love, Bateman. (Foster: Aryal A.)
