There are numerous aspects you have to consider when taking care of a cat, especially when it comes to nutrition. But you need to see this from a different perspective. Cats are sensitive creatures just like humans, with plenty of necessities when it comes to maintaining a proper health and condition. And feeding is one of the most important aspects that affect their overall well-being. For more information please visit our website at www.animalshelter.org
The unexpected may happen and it is very possible that you will find a yellow spot on the floor or on your favorite carpet in the living room. The author of this will be your loving pet. And now what? How do you clean up the mess and how do you teach your pet to do this outside or in his special box? For more information please visit ouor website at www.animalshelter.org
Adopting a pet is a noble gesture. You are basically the savior of that soul and you are responsible for his life from that point forward. The post-adoption time is a real treat for anyone that is looking for a furry companion. However, the pre-adoption process can be a real nightmare for those that do not know much about adoptions. Wildlife living in forests are having a hard time these days, with clear cutting trees for new housing development that is going on. Some species are slowly becoming extinct. That means that our rapid growth might cause the complete disappearance of certain types of animals. Surely we, as responsible individuals, can do something about this. But what is there to be done? Adopt a Poodle (Miniature) / Mixed
Bravo Charlie the Dog needs a home
This darling is Bravo Charlie! One of the dogs that puts the "more" in Labs and More, Bravo Charlie is poodle mix and is about 9 years old. He was dropped at a kill shelter by his owners, and Labs and More stepped in when he was out of options. Bravo Charlie is a touch hard of hearing and has some broken teeth, he also has arthritis and will need arthritis meds for the rest of his life to stay mobile as it makes him a little unsteady on his feet. Because of this, he is looking for a family with no children in a single level house (stairs are too challenging for him). His foster family says he is the sweetest guy and has a great disposition. Bravo Charlie is primed and ready for the retired lifestyle- he loves nothing more than gentle strolls and hanging out around the house, soaking up your love and attention. He is enjoying the pampered life at his foster and loves to sleep on the sofa and in your bed. He is house and crate trained, though he does not need to be crated, he has excellent house manners. Bravo Charlie knows his basic commands, likes to cuddle, sleeps well, and can't wait to find a loving family. We think this sweet boy would do better in a quiet home with older or no children, and if there is a dog, a calm one that won't bug him to play. Are you ready for the rewarding experience that comes when you adopt a dog to add to your family? If you are interested in meeting any of our available dogs, your first step is to fill out an adoption application on our website.
This information is as up to date and accurate as possible for the dog in its current environment. All dogs and puppies will need time and training to adjust to their new surroundings and to learn the rules of their new home. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, the first step is to complete the Adoption Form on our website at www.labsandmore.org and take some time to review our adoption process. Your adoption includes the spay or neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and other services provided while in our care. The safety and health of our puppies is priority one, so we only allow approved applicants to meet and handle puppies. Please understand everything we do is for the dogs and conducted by our kind and generous volunteers. We rely solely on donations, and we do not profit from a dog's adoption. Labs and More is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates on donations and time dedicated to this cause by volunteers. Your adoption will save the life of future dogs in need. Labs and More makes no guarantees regarding the behavior, breed, or age of the dogs in our care. Although we strive to provide necessary medical care to dogs in our care, we cannot predict future or current medical needs whether they were symptomatic or not at the time of adoption.
