Wallie the Dog needs a home
Wally and his sister Maggie were displaced from their home during Hurricane Harvey and then just as they were getting to return, their precious mom (a beloved doxie rescuer) unexpectedly passed away. These two have lost their home, mom and other doggie siblings all at once but they are safe with a loving foster who knew their mom.
Wally is a very happy go lucky boy. He just loves life. He loves to be petted and loved on and to cuddle in laps. He gets along great with other dogs. Wally loves the finer meals in life so he is currently on a weight loss program to shed a few extra pounds. He has learned to use the doggie door and is a very obedient boy when asked to get in his crate and behaves very nicely in it. He and his sister love eachother and always want to be in the same crate. They follow eachother all around the house and exploring the backyard. Wally would dearly love to go to a home with his sister Maggie, espeically since their world has already been turned so upside down, but he might be ok apart as long as there is another dog to be his friend. Wally would probalby also love to have his very own children to play with!!
As soon as Wally has all his vetting and a dental he will be ready for his new journey with a new loving family.
