Special adoption considerations:  Very shy dog. Needs a home with at least one other dog to help boost her confidence.

Say hello to Polly! Polly is a beautiful 7-month-old, 20-25 lb, terrier mix who can't WAIT find her furever home! Little Polly still has some growing to do, and is a sweet, happy pup but is a bit shy and nervous. She can't wait to have a loving family to call her very own. Polly needs a second dog to help show her the ropes and boost her confidence. She's dreaming of long walks, trips to the park and cuddling up with you on the couch after work. Polly is still in the puppy stages and will need lots of physical and mental stimulation. She'd love to go to obedience class to become a well socialized and super smart dog!

Polly is great with other dogs so she’d be a great addition to an existing pack and can't wait to learn how to be a confident girl with a future canine sibling! We haven’t had a chance to see her interact with kids yet, so if you have them just let us know, and we’ll do our best to find out!  Polly is very good  with cats - she would prefer to just look at them rather than interact with them!

Like most young dogs, Polly will need to work on her housetraining. Polly will also need to go to obedience school so she can grow into a well-behaved pup! 

Like most shelter dogs, Polly may need a refresher on housetraining. She is likely crate trained.
