Marlo the Cat needs a home


Marlo is a handsome 12 year old orange & white male. Recently diagnosed with diabetes, Marlo needs medication twice a day. Marlo does not have any special dietary needs. He is a loving, affectionate boy that is looking for someone to love and care for him, and would be a great companion cat. Marlo is also living in foster at the moment and can be seen by appointment.


Every PALS cat and kitten has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and is up-to-date on vaccinations. A note about kittens: if you are adopting a kitten, they may need to complete their FVRCP (distemper) series and may not be old enough for their rabies vaccination. These essential vaccines will be the responsibility of their new owner. Detailed vet records and a calendar of vaccination due dates will be provided.



The PALS Adoption Center, located inside PetSmart at 10 Traders Way in Salem, MA (just off Highland Ave/Rte 107) is open Saturday and Sunday from 11AM-4PM or by appointment on Monday/Wednesday/Friday between 11AM- 2PM. Adoption applications can be found online at www.palscats.org, outside of our Adoption Center in PetSmart, or by emailing [email protected]. A completed application is not necessarily an approved application. We do ask for written landlord approval if you rent, or proof of home ownership (water bill, etc.) We will also check your vet references.

Each and every cat and kitten has been rescued locally.
