Evander the Dog needs a home
Hello Everyone!!!! My name is Evander and I am located in Austin Texas. I’m a very sweet boy who loves walks, back yards, sleeping, and couches. I am 7-8 years old, but don’t let my age fool you – I have the heart of a puppy! I am 150lbs of love, am neutered and up to date on vaccines, and I know how to sit and shake. I am treat motivated, and I love chewing rawhide and toys with treats on the inside. I am house trained, but my tail has a mind of its own and may knock into other things or people.
I do best indoors with the same people every day, and need a home to love on my own without other pets. I was never very socialized - I need very slow and controlled introductions to new people indoors, and I do not do well with other people or animals outdoors. If I do meet people and animals outside, I get very scared and feel the need to protect myself. An enclosed back yard is the best place for me to spend my time outside with the people with whom I am familiar with.For more information, please email us at [email protected].
