RESCUING CUBA

We were contact by a family in Bremen, Georgia who needed some help. They got a pit bull named Sissy from a friend because Sissy was going after the friends farm animals and needed a new home. The family came to find out Sassy was actually pregnant. They think the dad is a black lab mix. Sissy gave birth to 6 pups on Monday, May 1st The family was not able to care for these puppies or a pair a lab puppies they also had from another litter. They were all loaded with fleas, worms, and mange. The lab puppies are a little older so FTTF was able to take them into an awesome foster home a few weeks early. It took a few more days, but we had several amazing foster families step up and we were able to take in 5 of the pit bull pups. The family is keeping the three parents and one female puppy, against our recommendation, but we are making sure every one of them gets spayed or neutered.

ABOUT CUBA

Cuba is an extraordinary puppy that is friendly with everyone she meets. She is great with kids and other dogs, plus she is housetrained! She is very snuggly and loves her humans. She lives with a professional trainer who is teaching her sit, down, walk on a leash, come, and other good behaviors. She is a regular at doggie daycare and is a favorite with both people and dogs there! Cuba is fully vetted, crate-trained, and ready to find her forever family. She is a little timid with kids at first, but quickly warms up and is fantastic with children. She would love a home with another active dog for her to hang with. Cuba is super sweet and low maintenance. She will be a good fit for any household where she is exercised and loved.

Our adoption fee is $250. All dogs are current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, on heartworm prevention, and are fed top of the line grain-free food.
