Adopt a Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat)

Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat) Cat

Tuffy the Cat needs a home

Tuffy was spotted in a neighborhood with half his face literally hanging off!! We were horrified when we heard this!  One of our wonderful volunteers quickly set up a trap and was able to lure him in and take him to the vet.  We kept him at our rescue while he recuperated and discovered that this brave kitty who endured so much horrific pain, was actually a sweet and loving boy who enjoyed the attention of people... so we decided NOT to release him where he was trapped.  Tuffy is a big 'marshmallow' and loves to be around everyone. He will also 'talk' to you! Tuffy gets along well with other kitties.

His adoption fee is $55.00 which includes up-to-date shots, FeLV test (negative) and spay surgery that is already done.  Tuffy is litterbox trained.

Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website AAFlorida.org.  There is a link on the top of the home page. Click on "Fill in", you don't have to register.  For more information about this kitty or any others, you can contact us at [email protected] or 850-377-2132.  We are a foster organization and don't have set hours we are open - but we will gladly set up an appointment for you to meet any cat.  Of course, you're under no obligation to adopt if you come to meet any of our fabulous felines.
