If you have the ball, I have the time! And the mouf, spffft, I just had to spit out the ball to finish telling you all about me. My Foster Folks call me Greta, that name should evoke images of exotic beauties in your head, and I am not an exception.  I have a to die for brindle coat with white blazes to accent the tiger stripes. I definitely turn some heads with my 65 pounds of poochy prettiness.  I am a big sweet lovebug and at 5 years old, I am the ultimate blend of fun and laid back. I am happy as a clam to just sit at your tootsies all day or we can take our tootsies on a walk. I am loyal and loving and way past that puppy chewing nonsense, so I won’t destroy your house, but I do hope to have tons and millions of doggie toys, I love toys. I will chase a BALL anytime anywhere. Did someone say ball, where? Where? Oh, I see that was just me. I don’t mind cats or other animals, and so far I have gotten along with every dog I have been introduced to except for one.  She threw some attitude at me, so I threw it right back, but all in all, I am a good playmate for other dogs. I am a terrific playmate for the cattle dog that only weighs 35 pounds that lives here, I can dial down my 65 pounds to be a gentle play pal.  To put a cherry on top of all of that, I am GREAT with people too, and have met ages range 2 years old to adults that don’t mention their age anymore.  I am patient and kind and just eager to please all sorts of people. If I am unsure of the next move or if something is naughty, I will look to you for guidance and permission.  I am a potty and kennel trained Boxer/German Shorthaired Pointer mix and even though none of those breeds are made of chocolate, I will melt like chocolate candy when you start to scritch and scratch me behind the ears or on my chest. I am sweeter than any chocolate candy. Speaking of candy, I will do basic commands for a treat incentive, not real candy of course, it needs to be doggie treats. I am protective of my family and yard even though most of the time I am a big dopey sap. GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. UPON adoption this dog/pup will be transported to you in YOUR area!!

Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, micro-chipped, heart worm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

****Please realize that breed mix and size when grown are guesstimates based on the dog/pup's characteristics and coloring, unless we have mother/father in our rescue...*****

ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $200.00 for adoptions in TEXAS only. IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $400.00 for adult dogs and $450.00 for puppies.  We transport all over the country!!
