Tiger / Tabby / Mixed (short coat) Cat

Peanut the Precious and his Best Bud Cookie the Cat needs a home

Meet Peanut, a delightful tabby rescued along with his siblings and mama from a Marine Park backyard when the kittens were only 4 weeks old. He was the smallest of the litter and looked just like a peanut—hence his nickname!

Now, Peanut’s siblings have all found their forever homes, so it’s sweet Peanut’s turn. He’s super affectionate, since he’s been with humans since before he can remember, and he just loves toys on strings. He’ll even grab the string in his mouth and carry the toy away like a proud hunter.

Currently, Peanut is being fostered with Cookie (who is also up for adoption via Brooklyn Animal Action) and since they adore each other, playing and snuggling like chapmions, it would be absolutely amazing if they could find their new forever home together.

Peanut is FeLV/FIV negative, neutered, and up to date on vaccines. If you’d like to meet him—and maybe Cookie, too!—contact Christie at [email protected]!

Thank you for thinking of animals in need - your support allows us to help the next furry sweetheart!
