Alaska - Claremont the Cat needs a home
Alaska is such a pretty girl with her soft coat and beautiful blue eyes. She was rescued with her kittens when a local Sheriff was responding to a call. Thankfully she was friendly enough to head home with them while they fostered her.
At first, she wasn't too sure about this "indoor" lifestyle but has quickly come to realize that it's way better than life on the streets. Every day she gets a little more comfortable with her cozy indoor lifestyle.
One of her biggest adjustments is getting used to other animals while inside her foster home. Dogs are scary to her but she has slowly started to accept that they won't hurt her. Other cats were easy for her to adapt to and she can get along with them as well. Truth be told, she would be happiest as an "only pet" so she can have all the love from her human!! But she's a good girl and with a proper introduction she will be able to adjust to other friendly animals.
She can be feisty and will let you know when she is done with human contact - but heck, isn't that just how cats are!!! We are recommending an experience cat owner for Alaska, someone that can continue working with her to become the best cat she can be!!
