When you initially meet Shasta, this gorgeous little lady seems like the definition of a scaredy cat! She will hide when she's in a new setting and may run away from meeting multiple new people at once. As soon as you give her just a couple of days to adjust, however, she is remarkably affectionate, sweet, and gentle. She loves to be held and pet, and will purr constantly when she's getting attention! She uses her litter box and scratching boards perfectly, so you won't have to worry about your furniture. She also sleeps a lot throughout the day, so she'd make a perfect companion for someone who works full time. Shasta is such a lovely cat, and I know whoever is lucky enough to adopt her will quickly fall in love with her like I have.
