Boomer the Dog needs a home
If you are looking for a wonderful,~1 yr. old, playful, people, dog- friendly puppy then look no further! Boomer is your man! Saved by Rescue Ridge from a local, N. J. shelter, Boomer was in training with one of our amazing trainers and is ready for an active, loving, forever home. Best in a home with slightly older children, due to his puppy strength and activity. He LOVES the car, takes toys, treats and food gently and shares them nicely with people and with other dogs, too. We think he is a Staffordshire Terrier/ Pharaoh Hound mix. Whatever he is, he is fabulous! He was in a temporary foster home with dogs of all shapes, ages, and sizes, as well as with cats, and got along well with them. He is probably best in a home without cats because he is young and will chase them and that might scare the cat. Boomer is housebroken, crate trained, knows a few commands, walks pretty well on a leash, and promises to make an amazing addition to your family. He is active but settles down nicely for some lovin' time, too. He likes to chase toys and wants to learn how to fetch. Want to teach him?
