Rebel the Dog needs a home

Rebel was surrendered by his family 2/8/18 because they were moving and couldn't take their dogs with them to their new place.  He is 3 months old and weighs 15 lbs.  He will have his first vet visit soon and get all fixed up and ready for adoption.  His family says he is not yet house trained, but gets along well with dogs, cats and people of all ages.
