Adopt a Weimaraner (short coat)

Meet Nikki, a sweet 9 yr old girl that just wants to be with her person, wherever that might be. She is house-trained and crate-trained, although she really doesn’t like to be in the crate if someone is at home. She will make sure that you know she is there and waiting to get out.

She has been good with other dogs that are not alpha. She rides well in the car and gets excited if she sees the leash. She walks well on a leash and ignores other dogs in the vicinity. She is a good watch dog and will bark if she sees someone

outside the house or at the door.

Nikki sleeps in her bed in the room with her foster mom and will wake her up when she thinks it is time for breakfast. She is food motivated, but now knows to lay down and stay until told she can eat. She does have a large lipoma on her belly beside her left hind leg, but the vet has said it is not medically necessary to remove and doesn’t hinder her ability to run and play. Nikki deserves a good home for the rest of her years and will be an excellent companion.

The adoption donation is $300.00 for adult Weimaraners, $350.00 for puppies, who are old enough to have been spayed/neutered, $450 for puppies who are not old enough to be spayed/neutered, $100 refundable deposit included and $250.00 for seniors.
