Maysie & Molly - Bonded Pair the Dog needs a home
Maysie & Molly came to Eleventh Hour as a mother/daughter pair. They were adopted by a lovely woman who fell ill and no longer could care for them. They are currently staying with one of our fosters in an urban, high rise environment. They are adjusting and doing better each day on a leash, but really could thrive in a more suburban or rural environment.
Here are foster mom's thoughts on this sweet pair of pups.
Maysie has two favorite things: Being lazy and proving she is a subtle marathoner. The first thing Maysie will do when she comes to your home is hop up on the couch. You will think, Lazy Maysie. It rhymes. However, if you take her to the park or introduce her to a set of stairs, you will soon realize this girls loves a good workout. Her foster mom takes her on walks in state parks with great hiking trails and she loves it. A two to five mile walk is her speed. A water break along the way is all she needs. .
Molly is so full of love. She follows her foster mom everywhere - she loves to be close to her human. She also loves her mama. She kisses and cleans Maysie. It is beyond cute. This girl is a nurturer. She is super sweet with children, lives for cuddling and responds well to commands. Her foster mom wishes she could keep her and Maysie, but knows they deserve a life with a family in a cul-de-sac or on a farm.
