Eulima Seashell -- HOSPICE the Dog needs a home
Umbrella of Hope "Be Our Pet"
Meet Miss Eulima Seashell. The is a hospice dog.
Eulima joined us several weeks ago but we had to wait on some biopsies before we knew her status.
Eulima is a Miniature Pinscher who is around 7 years old and 10 lbs. She is happy and loving and sweet and good. She gets along with everyone -- cat and dog -- and is rated for all ages of people.
Eulima comes to us from Antioch Animal Services where she was a stray that went unclaimed. She had a MULTITUDE of breast tumors that were removed when our vet spayed her.
One was a skin tag. Many were just cysts. But one was a malignant adenocarcinoma.
Umbrella of Hope has her in a hospice foster home and will keep her on her comfort medications needed to keep her happy when that time comes and we will cover her end of life expenses at our veterinarian.
You would not know that she was sick. She is a happy-happy-bouncy-bouncy that is full of zest and loves her life and her foster home.
Eulima's medication and monitoring will cost Umbrella of Hope around $20/month. Her surgery, dental, labwork and biopsy have already run us around $800. A donation to help us with her and with other dogs like her allows our all-volunteer team to continue doing this work in the community.
Tax-deductible donations can be made online at www.paypal.me/UOH(please specify that it is for Eulima).

Umbrella of Hope is a non-profit animal rescue based out of Pittsburg, CA that rescues animals off death row from local shelters. We offer rebates of adoption fees after completion of obedience classes and CGC titles.
Also, ask us about our seniors for seniors program, where we adopt animals 5 years or older to qualified homes with a $5 donation as an adoption fee. All animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treated for parasites and given any additional treatments (dental work, bloodwork etc) as recommended by our vet. Some of our senior animals have sponsorships for their food/vet care/medicine for the rest of their life at our vet in Pittsburg, CA (94565)
