This 6 month old German Shepherd / Blue Heeler mix is looking for her forever home!
Roxy is a very active girl who is looking for a home that will be able to keep up with her energy level! If you would give her a job, all the better! She loves romping around the yard with the 4 other dogs in her foster home and would probably do best in a home with another playful dog. She is also currently living with 3 cats. She does good with them but will try and play with t
hem.
Roxy is still very much a puppy and will need a home that is willing to work with her on her basic training. She would also love a home that would take her further in training or do some type of sport with her, as she is very intelligent and a fast learner. She's also smaller than her breed mix would suggest, only about 25 pounds at six months, so she's going to be a perfect medium size dog.
Roxy gets very excited when she sees people, so her foster home is working on getting her to sit or lay down before getting attention. She is also currently working on potty training and crate training.
Once Roxy gets her energy out, she is more than happy to sit on the couch with her foster family. She is a very affectionate girl who likes getting her cuddles in after playtime
Roxy will be spayed, vaccinated, started on heartworm preventative and microchipped prior to adoption
