Cookie the Dog needs a home
Cookie is a very energetic six month old dachshund mix puppy. She loves to run, jump and hunt frogs in her foster home. She loves everybody and everything. She gets along fine with dogs of all sizes and would really prefer small dogs that she can run and play with. She has also interacted with my cat and shown no interest in hurting them. Although she has the usual short legs, she can leap into your lap without warning! She is crate trained and is currently fed in her crate as she shows some food aggression. She is was very easy to housetrain especially since she has a doggy door in her foster home that she learned how to use very quickly. Cookie truly enjoys being outside with the other dogs in her foster home. She loves toys and would do best in a home where she has another dog to keep her company, as she has never been alone in her short life, first living with her siblings, then with her BFF, Gigi. It would also help her to learn the rules of the home to have another dog to follow. She already knows stay and is learning other commands.
