Meet our sweet Leia (f/k/a Clementine)!!
Leia is a 2-3 year old girl that was picked up by BARC (Houston Animal Control) with one of the worst cases of demodectic mange and skin sores we have ever seen. Poor Leia had virtually no hair on her body and almost every square inch of skin was covered with scabs and open sores that were oozing blood. For her to be in the condition she was in and being so young, she had to have suffered terrible neglect.
Leia is doing remarkable and happy and totally healthy! Her skin has totally healed, her hair growing back, and she is full of love and life!
Leia is a very lovable young girl, but like many Bull Terriers, she is selective on which canine friends she keeps. Really who can blame her - a girl has to be selective! Leia would do best in a home where she is provided exercise, love, cuddles, rules, and a nice big comfy bed!!
Leia is up to date on vaccine, micro-chipped and spayed.
