This is Papa Charlie. Papa Charlie was found in North Miami back in December. He’s a goofy 2 year old, 55-lb bundle of sweet clumsiness who loves all the attention he can get. He is the best boy! He loves going for car rides with the windows down. He looks forward to his walks and enjoys keeping company for a nice outdoor meal. He loves to run around and play with toys, and takes advantage of those random bursts of energy. He's down for pretty much anything, a good run, a nice paddleboard ride, you name it!
