Jake the Dog needs a home

Jake is a very loving gentleman with great manners! He has just about perfected house training, knows how to use doggie stairs to climb up onto a human bed or couch, and is very active for his age. Jake's only issue when we got him was dental- his mouth was a real mess! Thanks to the miracle of some great dental work, a lot of TLC, and a strong desire to get well, he now has nice breath and his three remaining teeth are clean! Jake already feels much better with all that nasty stuff out of his mouth and he is recovering very nicely from such a major procedure. Jake may not be a puppy, but he sure acts young and he is one of the nicest, best-behaved little guys we've had the pleasure to meet in a long time. Jake will be a perfect pet for someone who appreciates a loving well-behaved senior!
