The Alleghany Highlands All Breed Rescue is a small rescue located in Clifton Forge, VA - a lovely rural community in the mountains of southwest Virginia.  We have adopted animals to the rest of Virginia, as well as to Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New York.


 



 


Sheba has been resident at Dabney Lancaster Community College, Clifton Forge, VA.
