Sgt. Pepper the Cat needs a home
Sgt. Pepper is a handsome DSH brown tabby male born approximately 4/11/2015.
Sgt. Pepper wound up in a local animal shelter when his family lost their home. While at the shelter, he was very reserved and retiring, so consequently he was overlooked. He spent 4 weeks there before rescue and the experience was so upsetting to him that he licked all of the fur from the tip of his tail. He arrived at his foster home with a silly 2-inch pencil point at the end of what is a remarkably nice tail!
After a few weeks in foster care, Sgt. Pepper is the happiest of cats and his tail is looking normal again. The record states that he is 2 years old and although he hardly moves when in a cage, he still has a huge amount of kitten in him. He loves to run, jump, and dance. He explores constantly and purrs most of the time. Food is a great pleasure to him, and he will eat a can in one sitting!
For toys, Sgt. Pepper likes fuzzy mice, paper balls, and flying bugs. He likes to be with people. He will follow you around like a dog and show up in the center of whatever activity is underway. He is a fun cat and will be a great companion to someone who appreciates his intelligence and enjoys his energy.
Sgt. Pepper is currently in a foster home and his adoption fee is $95.
