Iris the Dog needs a home
Please note we do NOT adopt to homes with small animals including small dogs. No Exceptions.
Also Norsled does not adopt outside the Northern California/ Central California area.
Iris is about 2 years old. She has beautiful blue eyes and a gorgeous mask.
She loves humans and even loves affection from strangers.
It takes a little time for her to warm-up to other dogs, but when she does, she loves them too.
Iris loves chasing squirrels and playing with her foster siblings. We think she would do well in a home either with or without other dogs.
She recently had a litter of puppies and is on the skinny side, but is not a fussy eater and very treat motivated.
She may be a German Shepherd mix with those ears and tail. That may also be why she's so smart, easy to train and a little protective, too!
Iris came to Norsled on New Years Eve. She is already putting her rough past behind her and ready for her new forever home this new year.
