Coraline the Cat needs a home

Coraline is extremely shy and prefers to avoid people. It takes her a while to get comfortable, but once she does, she likes chin scratches and ear rubs, but only if you approach her slowly. She even hisses at other cats. Once she acclimates, she can peacefully coexist as long as they don't invade her space. Born in 2005, Coraline came from a Utah shelter. She has arthritis and chronic pain from being declawed on her front paws. She is on medication to help. Coraline needs someone special with enough love and patience to let her blossom on her own terms.
