We believe that Trudy came from an severely abusive situation at the hands of a male figure as she will cower in the corner of her kennel at the sight of a male. She has never shown any aggressiveness towards humans but since being at the shelter has shown selective dog aggression so we believe that she would do best as the only dog. She is very slow to warming up to female strangers but nothing can beat the feeling of when she finally trusts you and jumps up for attention instead of cowering in a corner. She is a very intelligent girl and learns very quickly and would make one of the most loyal protective companions you could ask for. She is one that we hope and pray that the right person comes along and sees the tremendous potential this girl has!!
