Adopt a Bulldog / Mixed

A PEOPLE LOVING GIRL:  3 years old / 29 lbs.  Mostly Mutts adoption facility is open Mon-Sat. 11-4pm.  Some of us are in foster homes so please call 770-272-6888 1st to find out if I’m available to meet during the week.  I’m a sweetie who came to MM’s initially with lower confidence, but after all the love I’m been shown by the nice volunteers, my confidence has grown.  You may notice that my left eye is missing, I don’t remember how that happened, but the vet says it looks like it was some sort of trauma.  Thankfully I get around nicely with just one eye.  I love to be rubbed and petted and I love all the attention I’m getting!  Toys are fun too and I’d like to tough type as I can easily tear up the flimsy ones and I should not ever have squeaky toys as I’m way too possessive of them.  Hard bones will be a must for me.  I want to be your only pet as I don’t care for other dogs or cats and shouldn’t live with them.  I’m doing very well with my potty manners on the shelter schedule, however I had some accidents in my temporary foster home, so will likely need a refresher in my new home.  My front legs have some muscle weakness or carpal tunnel, either from being confined to a very small space for long periods of time, or a previous accident/injury.  The vet doesn’t feel that surgery is needed at this time and the strength is building up really nicely!  If I’m crated in my new home, please make sure that it’s a good size for me to stretch out in and know that it’s not my favorite place. I had a short break from the MM shelter with a nice volunteer.  She reported that I was a bit unsure about being inside a home, so I’ll just need some time to settle into my new home.  I was very interested in the tv and my reflection in the mirror—so funny! Having a fenced-in yard will be a necessity, both to help me with my potty training and to give me room to run and play—I have a higher energy level and need to run and play a lot every day.   I’m curious, friendly and just can’t wait to find a loving home!  One other thing is that, when big or loud trucks drive by, it scares me.  Energy level: 7-9.  Older kids will likely be best for me as I haven’t been around kids yet, and due to my not liking other animals and squeaky toy possessiveness. I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and my adoption fee is $275.00.
