Hi there, my name is Shambika!  I’m an 8 year old lady looking for a home of my own!  I was adopted from Cat Care Society as a kitten, with another cat, and we lived in a nice home with a human who loved us for many years.  Our human recently became very ill, and wasn’t able to keep taking care of us.  She and her friends tried for months to find a new home for me and Meri-Isa, but no one was willing to take us in.  Luckily our human remembered Cat Care, and they took us back in to find us homes.  We’ve been here for a few months, and things are going well, but I’m ready to find my new home now.  I love to play, and I love to sit outside on the catio in the sunshine.  I still like my sister Meri-Isa, but I would be okay if we went to separate homes.  She likes to do her own thing you know.  Why don’t you come and meet me today, maybe you could be my new human?
