Spearmint is a big, handsome 8-year-old buff tabby who was brought to Animal Friends when his owner''s work hours changed, as she was no longer home enough to care for him. Weighing 15 pounds, he is a sweet, gentle giant who enjoys having his ears scratched. His previous owner says he is a bit shy at first, but warms up to people and quickly becomes an affectionate, lazy lap cat. He has lived with cats and a dog before, and seems to do well with both.
