Hi! My name is Cam. I am a looking for a special family of my very own.
I am an amazing dog. I love my people, and I just want to be near them. However, I am very good about respecting your space and will just lay down near you. I have great manners on the leash, have basic obedience training, and am affectionate.
However, something that you should know about me is that I do have some fear and separation anxiety. Foster mom is working with me, but I will need someone who has some experience in this area, or who has the time and patience to work with me on getting better. Foster mom recently found out I LOVE hot dogs, and she has been using these to help keep me motivated. I am making progress day by day.

All Ruff Start dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dogs) as well as heartworm tested (dogs).
Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
