Pippa the Dog needs a home
Hello there! My name is Pippa, and I think I am a good Puppa!
I am a 3 ½-year-old Australian cattle dog mix gal who weighs 42 lbs. I was surrendered by my previous home because I wasn't getting along with the other 2-year-old male dog in the house. Sometimes I get nervous that another dog will take my food or treats, and I can get a bit defensive. I do like to play with other dogs, though, and the neighbor's dog and I were good friends. As always, if you have another dog, please bring them to meet me to make sure we can be good friends, too.
I've lived with adults and kids, and appear to be friendly to all. Also, I am reported to be good with cats. I have been known to chase kittens, but I think I want to play. I always try to play with the adult cats! On a typical day in my previous home, I was left alone for 4-8 hours and spent that time in the kennel.
I do love to play, and when I play, I love to jump and play bark and growl. I've been described as BOUNCY! I LOVE plush toys and Kongs, and love to play tug. I also know the commands, "sit," "stay" and "kennel."
