Scooter the Dog needs a home
Scooter is a Chihuahua, he is about 10 yo (best guess, we gave him a birthday of 6/14/2007) and he is currently 7 pounds.
Scooter is the very definition of a companion animal. This sweet, loving boy wants nothing more than to be with his person. If you sit, he just wants to sit with you but, if you are going to walk or take a car ride he is the first to ask if he can come along. He is super friendly to every person he meets and gets along well with small/medium-to-small, male or female dogs and, even the “no so dog loving” cat. He just
doesn't care for big dogs. He actually chases the bigger dogs in his current foster home (the spaniels and nips at them when they come in the house.) He's not mean. Just a control freak and they are too active for him.
Scooter has perfect housebreaking manners and even knows his basic obedience commands. You can certainly tell that for the majority of his like he was somebody’s everything. He would be a great only pet or, would do very well with other animals who don’t mind sharing their person. Put in an application today.
