I am the office administrator and medical supervisor. I am also on the 5 person Board of Directors. We have been in business since 1989. Our mission is to pull good natured, adoptable dogs from animal control facilities all over Michigan when their stray time is up and a euthanasia date has been scheduled for the dog at animal control. All dogs are temperament tested, vetted, and then they are placed up for adoption to find their forever homes. We provide dogs to Leader Dogs, Sterling Service Dogs, police departments and customs to be trained to provide a service.We are very active in our community with childrens groups such as Teachers Pet, both boy scout and girl scouts, 4H clubs and other groups. We educate our community about homeless pets and why spay/neuter is so important for the pet over population.
