Last Chance at Life is an all-breed rescue and adoption organization. We have a special fondness for Boxers, birds, and ANY pet in need of medical care. We take in animals from all over San Diego County. Our rescues come to us from local shelters and humane societies, owners who can no longer properly care for them, and through other rescue groups. Most often these animals are facing euthanasia because of medical or behavioral needs. Because of this, we are truly their â??Last Chance at Life.â? Some of our pets are in foster homes, and others are cared for at our Adoption Center in Oceanside, CA. All of our pets receive the very best in medical care from the doctors and staff at Mission Animal and Bird Hospital.
