S.A.F.E. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to reduce the number of intakes at the pounds by promoting spay/neuter and to rescue as many pets as possible from euthanasia at the pounds. Presently, S.A.F.E. primarily works with the Hopewell Animal Shelter.
