I am the president & founder of the organization. I spent 4 years with a previous rescue group as their cat medical & adoption coordinator. As the group leaned more towards dogs I decided to branch out for cats on my own. My duties will be intakes of cats, preventative maintenance including vaccinations, blood tests, preventatives, shelter, food, & bathing. I will photograph, list, & advertise adoptable cats. I will work alongside volunteers who will also maintain a safe & healthy environment for the cats. I will do what I can to help cats because their place in the community is not a well liked one. Cats are overpopulated & their species relies on someone to help lessen the stress on the community & the cats themselves. I will have each cat spayed/neutered to decrease population & will pull cats from our local shelters to decrease euthanasia. It is very rewarding to save a cat's life, be the one who puts heart & soul into a recovery, be the one who learns a cat's personality, & be the one re-homing the cat to a proper home. I do this to give cats a chance.
