My vets for 6 years. I trusted them will the lives of all my "fur" kids. When I needed helps in an emergency, they let me down. The doctor was late to the office and the staff knows nothing but how to bill. They are high school girls, not vet techs. My dog died in the office that morning, waiting for help.
