Dr. Fertelmes is no longer there (he retired) and the place has really gone down hill. The staff is constantly changing and they are rude. Some are even mean to the animals. The vets do not return phone calls regarding your pet. They never have the same price twice for the same procedure/treatment/visit. I have gone here for over 30 years and I am now thinking about changing. It is not the place it used to be.

I've just started going to this vet, and am very happy. The staff is friendly and professional. Everyone from the receptionists, to the assistants, to the vet I had were obviously passionate about helping animals.

I have been taking my baby there for years now and am very happy with them. They have taken a great deal of time and gone out of their way to help me and my kitty. Dr Rapsinski has been wonderful and the assistants have taken great care of my girl during her many visits.
