Hello there handsome! I am a single, mature female in search of a single, independently wealthy gentleman to share companionship and a lifetime relationship. In exchange, I’m looking for a man who will keep me with him always, be mine and only mine, and always provide me with the special care I need and obviously deserve. Beer gut for snuggling on is encouraged. Favorite activities include long road trips and copious amounts of TV sports viewing.

I am very particular about having my human all to myself, so men who have other love interests, humans who have family or other frequent visitors, and women need not apply. For More Information: Angel is a mature, mixed-coat female teacup Chihuahua. She weighs just under 3 pounds. Her cream-colored fur is as soft as a baby bunny’s. Her age was given as “6 years” when she was surrendered to a shelter with a severe infection, but the vets believe she is more likely 10+ years old. Due to her previous lack of care, Angel had to have a risky emergency abdominal surgery to save her life, and most of her teeth also had to be removed. She managed to survive and is now fully healed and ready to find a lifetime companion. She has finally recovered enough to enjoy playing with a toy now and then, eat a healthy meal morning and night, and her favorite dish – which she will always come running in to share if she smells it - is scrambled eggs.

Because of her history, Angel will need a loyal companion who can commit to financially providing for her veterinary care. She has luxating patellas (loose kneecaps) on her hind legs, she will need monitoring for abdominal & digestive issues as she ages, special food, and diligent dental care for her few remaining teeth. The pleasure of her adoring company comes with the price tag of taking good care of her for however many years she’s blessed to have with you.

Angel was lucky enough to be placed with a family full of men during her recovery – lucky because it turns out she LOVES men! (Angel usually tolerates being around the woman of the house, but will also eagerly bite at the hand that feeds her if she’s already cozy on a man’s lap when the woman arrives. She is truly not fond of women.) I have taken Angel on public outings, and she has been polite toward other humans when away from home, but in her own space she insists on having her own person all to herself.

While Angel likes men in general, she only tolerates one human companion at a time – so she is looking for a home where she will be the only other living being. (She does well around other dogs, so one other small dog may be ok. Meet & greet would be needed.) She loves to be close to her man, is a great companion on long road trips, and is a dedicated snuggler – in your lap at the computer, on the couch watching a show, and under the covers by your chin at bedtime. She's hoping that somewhere, out there, is a lonely man - maybe trucker, or retired gentleman living alone - who is looking for a constant and adoring tiny companion like herself.
