Adopt a Chihuahua
Alice's puppies- 2 boy pups left the Dog needs a home
Lemon Drop (white and tan) and Butterscotch (tan) are two chihuahua puppies, both boys, just 5-6 lbs, born 9/11/17. They have had all their shots, have been neutered, and have their microchips- they're ready for their forever homes!
These boys love to be cuddled, and they also love to play. They are our two smallest and youngest dogs, but that doesn't stop them- they race around with the bigger dogs. They love playing with rope toys and balls. Very adorable and entertaining boys.
Pics: In the pics on their webpage, the first pics are of Lemon Drop and Butterscotch taken Feb 3, then pics of them as very young puppies. At the bottom are their parents (both adopted), dad Baker (white chihuahua mix) and mom Alice (brown and white chihuahua). In some pics are their two siblings, both brindle, who have been adopted.
Requirements for adoption: For all our puppies, we ask that they be adopted to homes where there will be someone home often, at least at first. This is because of all the time and attention a puppy needs. They will need to be leash trained and house trained. If you are interested, please email an application (found on our website under "Adopt a dog") or come to the rescue and fill one out. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Note that puppies may be on the higher end of our prices.
The pups' history: These two were part of a litter of 4 puppies. We also had both of their parents. The dad had been found as a stray by a family. The mom, Alice, was their dog, and became pregnant through the stray dog. Both parents were turned in to B&B. They are great dogs- friendly to everyone, playful, and love other dogs. They are both under 10 lbs, so their puppies should stay small.
