Tia the Cat needs a home
Tia came to Making Biscuits at the end of December. Cold, very wet, filthy, full of fleas and starving. She was found in the bushes during a rain storm in Studio City. Her mommy and sibling never came back (according to the local business) so she was all alone at about 8 weeks old. She's taken some socializing, but she is very affectionate now and purrs constantly. She will cuddle next to you in bed. She's very intelligent and playful-she loves wrestling.
The name 'Tia' was chosen for two reasons. It's Greek meaning is Goddess. It also has a Japanese derivation from the word Tenshi, meaning 'Angel' (the original context meaning 'messenger of heaven'). We choose our names very carefully as to suit personality and appearance, and we train our cats to know their names.
