Lincoln the Dog needs a home

Lincoln is a quiet chihuahua that tends to mind his own business.  He loves belly scratches and attention, but he doesn't ask for it.  He isn't used to having a person loving on him, so he has learned to accept it.  He would fourish with a single person or couple.  Would not be comfortable with children.  Lincoln is HW Positive and on slow treat.
