Oscar is a 7 year old Chihuahua, weighing about 8 lbs. Oscar is a sweet little guy who just wants a lap to snuggle on. Oscar has been diagnosed with a serious heart condition for which he takes several medications. Nevertheless, this senior guy is so deserving of finding his forever family. The minimum adoption fee is $195, plus a $10 fee for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
