Theo the Dog needs a home

As if going to the vet to get neutered isn't bad enough. . . I ended up getting hip surgery too!  Turns out the bone was completely out of the pocket, but I am fixed up good as new now, and after a couple weeks recovering in a foster home, I am raring to go!  I appear to be a GSD mix and am roughly two years old.  I am doing great in my foster home and love to go on walks.  My foster mom has taught me my basic manners, and I can hardly wait to spread some love in my forever home. I am often told I'm super sweet!  I am up to date on my vaccinations, neutered and my adoption fee is $85.
